Return and exchange policy
Our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you don’t like the jewellery design we are here to exchange the jewellery design but you should pay for both way shipping and import duty charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also if any import duty is levied it will be deductible from refund.
The goods are bubbled pack in container or box for the safety. However, due the transportation, the necklace may get damaged or break. In such event it can be replaced in the next order. However, you need to intimate us within 2 days from date of receiving the package. (T&C apply)*
In the event of breakage of chain for the neck, it will not be termed as damage piece. The broken chain will also be replaced in your next order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and video of package from opening.
If you received damaged or defective product please send as a photo and video from opening and the time of checking product. We will verify and try to resolve your query.
To return, please contact us within 5 days from the receipt of goods. You need to send us an email at email@example.com will provide you the details for returning the goods. Once you receive an email from us.You can ship at given address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 – 12 working days.
Please note- If you skip any step, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
